Contact Wheel Assembly
1" width wheels are in stock
The Contact Wheel is used for rapid material removal, inside radius grinds, hollow grinds and handle shaping. The wheel, hardware, tooling arm, and height-adjustable mounting plate are included.
Width:
2" wide Serrated: The standard width for the 2 by 72
1" wide Solid: A narrower wheel for more precise grinding, can be used in lower grit for better 1" belt utilization or in finer grit for better grinds off higher grit belts.
Sizes: 6, 8, 10, 12, & 14 inches diameter wheels. (some sizes may not be available in 1" unless requested, please email if you want an out of stock wheel size)
Bolt Together Kit or Powder Coated & Assembled:
Bolt Together Kit: The kit arrives as an unassembled unpainted kit. You can finish the steel however you would like.
Powder Coated and Assembled: This option arrives powder coated blue and 98% assembled. Tool arm will have to be attached to the height adjustable mounting plate bolts (shipped already in place).
