Shipping Information

Via Fedex to the USA (select appropriate option at checkout). Expedited shipping can be arranged at the expense of the customer.

Grinder package kits shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will have an additional $100 shipping charge.

International Shipments: Customer pays shipping

Local Pick-up is available. Send an email immediately following the order to confirm pick-up.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied or have changed your mind about the product that you have purchased, you may return your order for a refund (may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%) or exchange. Return and exchanges are allowed within 30 calendar days from the date of the receipt and must be authorized by Brodbeck Ironworks LLC prior to return shipping. Returned products must be unused and in its original packaging.  No returns or exchanges on products that show signs of having been opened, installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. Returns must be sent prepaid and insured by the customer.  A refund or exchange will not be considered until all relevant items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to Brodbeck Ironworks LLC.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Contact via email only to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any merchandise. The number MUST appear on the outside of all boxes returned. If the RMA number is not visible on the outside of the box, the return will not be processed. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!  Any refused shipment sent back to Brodbeck Ironworks LLC does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer’s responsibility to make all arrangements with Brodbeck Ironworks LLC for the shipment prior to its return. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Processing of refunds.

All refunds on returns are processed as fast as possible, usually within three business days. Please allow an additional 12-14 working days for credit card refunds to post to your account. A 15% restocking fee may be assessed on all authorized returns.

If your shipment arrived damaged or missing parts.

Shortage and damage claims must be made via email only to Brodbeck Ironworks LLC within 3 business days of receipt date.  All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier and Brodbeck Ironworks LLC. Keep all shipping cartons and packing materials for carrier inspection. Brodbeck Ironworks cannot initiate any claims with the carrier.

Cancelled orders.

All orders cancelled before packing are subject to a restocking fee up to 10%. If an order is cancelled at the time of shipment it is subject to a restocking and unpacking fee up to 15%.
